CCC's Ushers & Greeters Ministry
"WANTED"
OUR GOALS... As people come to worship the Lord, the person they most likely will first see or meet is an Usher or a Greeter. Thus, we help "set the stage" or "atmosphere" for those who enter this place of worship. We are representatives of the Lord, CCC, and its leadership.
We want to welcome people into worship and fellowship with genuine warmth and friendliness. Visitors need need to be served with the least amount of distractions possible from the time they arrive until they depart.
OUR FOCUS... As an Usher or Greeter, it is vital to the health of the church that we look at our attendees not as "once-a-week-guests", but as friends! The same warmth, love and welcoming you extend to your friends must be given to all those who come seeking the warmth and acceptance of the Lord. It is our job to notice the details of everyone arriving. See their need, and attend to it! Be Christ-like... selfless, humble, and a servant to all.
"WANTED"
Friendly men and women who enjoy helping others.
OUR PURPOSE...
The Purpose of the Usher & Greeter Ministry is to tend to the needs and care of those who attend at Christ Community Church. We want them to have their undivided attention upon the Lord, at all times. We are called to be servants, and doormen in the house of God!
